We need a few on site to help maintain our off-site compound. Job duties could include anything from helping to pack orders, making runs to different stores for restock, or cleaning.
Our Concessions Team Members are out and about and they will sometimes need help entering orders. In addition, our warehouse inventory needs to be tracked daily. Our admins are in charge of correctly entering order and delivery information along with clear communication on who is doing what to prevent duplicates and inaccuracies.
We will need two to 3 admins who are able to quickly learn our custom software.
One admin position may be available for remote work. You will need access to the internet, a laptop, and be able to take phone calls. This person will start at 8 am and be done at 4 pm with the option to start earlier or work later based on need.
Hole 16
Dubbed "The Greatest Show on Grass", the Phoenix Open is world famous for it's 3 level, enclosed stadium that surrounds Hole 16. That also means there are a lot of people drinking. We will have 4+ people from our team stationed at the GA entrances to stop people with open containers of alcohol and pour them into Hole 16 approved cups. Yes, they are the famous Green Cups.
Drivers
Love to drive golf carts? Great! We need someone responsible to drive VIP guests to their ticket location and also to escort intoxicated guests to the closest exit.
Floater
We will also have 4-6 people that will do other odd jobs across the course.
