You will be trained to identify guests that have had too much to drink and you will work with your team to remove them from the premises.
You will find underage consumers by checking ID's, finding fake ID's, and looking for second party sales. Anyone caught will be escorted off the premises.
You will work with the bartenders to ensure they are correctly checking ID's and they are maintaining proper practices when tending bar.
We will provide Compliance shirts. We advise to wear pants with plenty of pockets or bringing a fanny pack, crossbody, or small backpack. You will be provided with flashlights (or you can bring your own) and other tools to help identify fake ID's.
The base pay for our Compliance Team is $23/h.
Mandatory Compliance training will be provided before the Open begins. You will work with an experienced partner to ensure safety and protcol.
Our Compliance Team has two shifts.
Day shift starts at 8:30 am. You will be assigned an area to monitor and maintain.
Our night shift will start at about 5:30 pm and this shift will be for the Birdsnest.
Training will be provided in January. Training is mandatory and you will be able to choose from 3-4 different days and time frames.
We will also hold 2 Q&A sessions in January for any non-Compliance specific questions that may arise.
