
We help organize and work at pre-Open events during the month of January. These will often be one day only events and we need only need a small number of people to help. Please let us know in the sign up form if you are interested in these events.

Our team is growing! With that said, we need one or two extra hands in our office (wfh may also be available). You will need extra training for our ordering system, timecards, and products before the event starts. If you are technical, please request a call from Kylie to talk about what an admin shift will entail and when you can be trained on our systems.
Our clean up team starts the evening the Phoenix Open is over. We go around the whole course picking up left over water, soda, and anything else that can be donated to local non-profits.
Heavy lifting and a lot of movement should be expected. These shifts can very based on your schedule.
Clean up will last up to 3 weeks after the end of the Open or until we are all done.
Schedule is open and our team will work staggered shifts from 8 am to 10 pm.
Please watch your email for details on schedule and job. Please note, we do need people that are available the whole week so not everyone will be scheduled. There is an option in our sign up form to be notified about other events we work, so if you are interested, please select that option.
We employ more and more people every year. Although we are happy to be growing, we do have to wait for event paperwork to process on our end. Making sure your paperwork is done and your time punches are in on time and accurate can help speed this process up.
